• 1986

    Hong Hanh fish sauce was founded in 1986 (Formerly known as Hong Hanh Fish Sauce Manufacturing and Processing Enterprise, factory located at 267-269-271 Ba Dinh, Ward 8, District 8, HCM City).

    During that time, Hong Hanh fish sauce products were distributed through agents and major markets in HCM City including Binh Tay Market, An Dong Market, Ben Thanh Market.

    Using traditional method of production, the Company launched a line of delicious, quality and hygienically produced fish sauce. Hong Hanh has since become a trusted name for consumers.

  • 1998

    In 1998, the Company was honorably given the title “High Quality Vietnam Goods” by consumers’ Polls.

  • 2001

    In 2001, Hong Hanh started to export its products to Japan, Taiwan, Canada. Currently, major export markets of the company are: Japan and Taiwan.

  • 2003

    In 2003, due to growing and expanding market demand, the Company acquired a production & processing facility of over 5,000 m2 at Hamlet 8, Binh My Commune, Cu Chi District and incorporated as Bay Hong Hanh Produce – Commercial – Service Co., Ltd..

    The Company was chosen by Metro Group to process & produce products under Metro brand.

    In 2007, the Company was awarded the 2007 Farmer's Friend.

    Since 2007, the Company has been integrating the quality management system of ISO 9001-2000 & HACCP.

  • 2009

    Honored to be awarded the Excellence Brand by the Ministry of Science and Technology for the contribution to the health and development of the community.

  • 2010

    Honored with the title of Best Vietnam Products voted by consumers.

  • 2013

    In order to make the consistency of brand identity, Bay Hong Hanh Produce - Commercial - Service Company has changed its label design and company template with modern look and feel.

  • 2014

    After more than 20 years exporting high quality fish sauce to developed countries such as:  Japan and the U.S - which are known for their high regulations on food quality and safety – Hong Hanh is honored to  become an exclusive supplier for their partners in these two markets.
